For management
We help you set priorities, weigh proposals, and have the information you need before deciding on a technology investment.
Technology support for your company: we find what can improve, implement the solutions and train your team.
We work with management, department leads and IT teams to improve processes, cut manual work and make use of the information the business already has. Consulting, development and artificial intelligence stay together, from the first idea through to daily use.
You can bring RUMAZA in for one concrete need, or to stay with the company as its technology evolves.
We help you see what the company needs, decide where it is worth investing, and carry the changes out. These are the areas we can work on with you.
01 · Consulting and diagnosis
We look at how departments work, which tools they use, and where delays, errors or duplicated tasks show up. Those needs become a plan: priorities, scope and an estimate of the effort.
We can help you weigh an investment, review one process, or prepare a digital transformation plan.
02 · Process automation
We design and implement automations for admin tasks, documents, reports, alerts and moving information from one place to another.
The whole process is reviewed, with checks and exceptions, so the team can follow it and step in when something needs a person.
03 · Applied artificial intelligence
We look for useful applications in each department and build something that fits: assistants over internal documents, sorting information, preparing documents, and support for day-to-day management.
Tools are tried, not assumed. Access, limits and the review each use needs are agreed before anyone depends on them.
04 · Integration and custom development
We connect applications, databases, ERP, CRM and ecommerce platforms so information can move between them.
Current tools are used as far as they will go. When a specific job is missing, we build an internal application around the process and the people who will use it.
05 · Data and dashboards
Data from different sources is brought together and prepared into indicators, reports and dashboards for management and for each department.
Sales, operations, costs or activity can be followed from there. When the data allows it, we add analysis to spot trends, see what is off, and support planning.
06 · Training and support
Managers and staff learn with examples and tasks from their own company. Training can cover artificial intelligence, how data is used, and the tools that have just been put in place.
We stay for the rollout, answer questions, and look at how the solution lands in daily work. If you need continuity, we agree a collaboration to keep it running and to take on the next improvements.
Some processes were fine when there was less going on. Now they create extra work: typing the same data several times, hunting for documents, building reports by hand, or coordinating everything through email and messages.
You may also have tools that can do more than the team is using, or technology projects waiting because nobody has the time or the capacity to carry them out.
At RUMAZA we look at these situations with you. We listen to the people involved, review the systems, and propose changes with their usefulness, cost and difficulty in mind.
You can work with someone who connects what the business needs with the technical work: understand a process, design a solution, build or integrate it, and teach the team to use it.
We work with management and with the departments involved. If you already have IT leads or technology providers, we coordinate with them and agree who is responsible for what.
The collaboration can be one defined project, or a longer list of improvements. The scope follows what the company needs and the resources it has.
We help you set priorities, weigh proposals, and have the information you need before deciding on a technology investment.
We look at what makes the daily work hard, and build solutions with the people who know the process and will use them.
We add capacity in automation, integrations, development, data and artificial intelligence, working within the systems and criteria the organisation already has.
For companies that need to see what is failing, which opportunities exist, and what should come first.
We review processes and tools, gather what the teams need, and deliver a plan with priorities, dependencies and the next steps.
For companies that want to solve one defined need.
We agree the goal, the deliverables and the calendar. The solution is built or configured, tested, and handed over with the documentation and training the rollout needs.
For companies that need technology help on a regular basis.
We set an improvement agenda with agreed time, priorities and response times. It can include evolving tools, new automations, data analysis and training.
The technology follows the goal of the project, the systems you already have, and what it will take to maintain.
These are working situations, told up close. No company names and no percentages. If a conversation needs a specific case, that is when it gets told.
Some reports exist because someone, every week, downloads, pastes and checks. We look at where the information comes from, which checks are done, and who needs the result.
From there a source can be connected, the rule can be the same for everyone, and the part that always repeats can be ready before anyone opens it. What does not match stays marked, so a person can look at it. The review does not disappear. It stops being the whole job.
Sales in one place, payments in another, the customer on a record and the supplier on a sheet. We connect the sources needed to see the activity together, and the indicators follow the questions the business actually asks.
Sometimes the first step is not the dashboard. It is agreeing which figure is the one that counts, so management and admin stop arriving with a different number each.
We organise the information and look at search tools or AI assistants that help the team find an answer. Permissions are defined, and the quality of the results is tested before the use is widened.
We find the tasks where it can help, choose the tools, and train the team with exercises from their own work. Rules for use and review are agreed, so the application stays consistent.
A shop buys from many suppliers, and each one has its own catalogue. Someone used to open them one by one to see what had sold out, which model was new, and what had changed in price.
The work became a view for each morning: filter by today, by supplier and by type of change, and recognise the supplier's code in the shop's own reference. The first day only stores a snapshot of the catalogue. From the next day, the changes show. Nobody has to open each supplier's catalogue to find out.
A company works in campaigns. Supplier invoices and delivery notes each arrive in their own Excel. Someone used to check by hand whether the units matched the order, and which season they belonged to.
Those files are read, the lines are lined up, and whatever does not match stays visible. The same data, once ordered, is then used to invoice the customer. The management system did not have to be replaced.
Before a solution is implemented, we pin down with you:
Yes. Tell us what is making the work harder, or what you would like to improve. We help you name the need, and judge whether to start with a diagnosis or with a defined project.
Yes. We can work with the people and providers who already know your systems. Each side's part is agreed, so the work fits into the organisation.
First we look at what the current tools can already solve through configuration, integration or better use. If a change is on the table, we weigh its effect on processes, data and the team.
Yes. We can start with one process, one integration, one dashboard, or one specific training need. The scope is defined before the work starts.
It depends on the scope, the systems involved, whether the data is available, and what development, testing and training are needed. Once the situation is clear, we propose a next step with a defined scope and budget.
Yes. It is prepared around the roles, the tasks and the tools of the people taking part. It can be part of an implementation, or booked to improve the use of tools you already have.
Yes. When the needs continue, we can agree a collaboration with defined time, priorities, scope and response times.
We define criteria tied to the goal of the project: manual steps, time spent, errors, whether the information is available, or whether the tool is being used. Results are compared with a starting point when that starting point can be measured.
If you want to go deeper before getting in touch, these guides explain some of the processes and decisions we can work through with you.
Tell us what you do, how you work, and what you would like to solve. You do not need a technical project ready. We start by understanding your situation.
