Digital transformation and AI to improve how your company works
We look at your processes, connect your tools and implement automation, data and artificial intelligence. We train your team and stay through the rollout so the improvements enter daily work. You do not need a defined solution to start.
Situations where this fits
- The company has grown and processes still live in spreadsheets, email and manual tasks.
- Several programs are in use, but information does not move cleanly between them.
- Preparing a report means gathering and checking data every week.
- The company wants to use AI, but it is unclear what is worth doing and how to attach it to a real task.
- Tools have been bought and the team barely uses them.
- Someone is needed to carry the improvements out, not only to name them.
I talk with management, operations, administration, department leads and, when it exists, the IT team or the technology provider you already have. The work can be done with them.
Seven lines, one service
You do not need to pick the technical name before the conversation. These are the lines. The ones that already have their own page stay there, with the detail.
Consulting and diagnosis
A map of processes and tools, the problems found, and a plan ranked by usefulness, cost and difficulty.
Process automation
Implemented flows, controls, documentation and a way to handle exceptions.
AI implementation
Assistants, document search or support for a process, with a trial and human review when it matters.
Integration and custom development
Integrations, internal applications and connections between data sources.
Data, indicators and dashboards
Defined indicators, prepared data, panels and reports.
Practical training
Sessions by role, exercises on their own work, materials and a short follow-up.
Ongoing support
A periodic review, priorities and work within an agreed amount of time. It is not unlimited availability.
How the work is done
A documented example
An invoicing operation gathered orders, payments and accounting by hand. The intervention was a flow that creates the invoice from the order, matches the payment and leaves the accounting export. The deliverable is that this reconciliation is no longer rebuilt every week in a spreadsheet. I do not publish the client name or savings percentages. A named case, when one is needed, is shared in the conversation.
Three ways to start
The first conversation is to understand the context and see whether it fits. The work is scoped after that. An initial reply can come within 48 hours. A diagnosis of the whole company cannot: it depends on access to people, processes and data.
Diagnosis and plan
When needs, priorities and scope have to be clear before anything is built.
Implementation project
When there is already an objective that can be bounded, priced and carried out.
Ongoing collaboration
When implementation, training and evolution keep coming back. Time, priorities, response times and included work are agreed.
How the work actually starts
It does not start with a presentation. It starts with the person who does the work: who prepares the report, who opens the supplier catalogue, who chases the invoice that does not match.
From there something is put in place that the team can use on the same kind of morning they now do by hand. The first weeks still count, when the case that never came up in the meeting shows up.
Consulting, development and training belong together. Apart, they stay as a document or as a tool nobody opens.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Prices are not published. The first conversation checks the fit, and the scope is set after that. Without a scope, a price is an empty number.
Do we have to throw away the tools we already use?
No. The first step is to see what you use and what can be connected or configured. Custom development comes in when that is not enough.
Is the work on site?
Work can be done at the company in Alicante and Elche, and remotely everywhere else. Meetings have a purpose and a next step. There are no presentations to fill the calendar.
Is the training a course?
No. Sessions use each role's real work: which step to take, which exception to check and what to do when something fails. It is not a course platform.
Does monthly support mean you are always available?
No. We agree how much time there is, which priorities are in, how fast a reply comes, and what stays out.

WhatsApp, email or the form. That is enough to see whether it makes sense to continue.
