Data & Dashboards
A dashboard is not a pretty chart. It's a decision system: reliable data, well-defined metrics and a reading that tells you what's happening, why it's happening and what to do next. If you're currently deciding "by eye" or fighting with Excel, here's the alternative.
What it solves
Typical problems
- "I have data, but I don't know what's happening."
- "Each person has their own Excel and no one agrees."
- "I spend hours preparing reports, and when I have them they're no longer valid."
- "I look at metrics, but they don't influence decisions."
- "I don't know if my data is correct or if there are errors."
Result
- Defined and consistent KPIs: we all speak the same language.
- Clean and traceable data from the source: you know where each number comes from.
- Panel with clear reading for management and operations: fast decisions, without interpretations.
- Automatic alerts and reporting: you act when it matters, not when you remember.
- A single source of truth: no more duplicate Excel files and contradictory versions.
What it includes
Typical stack
We choose tools for reliability and maintainability. Not for fashion.
Python, SQL, validations, light ETL. What's necessary for data to be reliable, not just pretty.
APIs, CSV/Excel, MySQL/PostgreSQL, business tools (CRM, ERP, ecommerce). We connect what you already use.
Clear dashboards + reporting. Tool according to case: from Metabase to custom solutions. What matters is that it works, not the brand.
FAQ
Is this "BI" or a dashboard?
It starts as a dashboard (what you need to decide) and, if it makes sense, we evolve to more complete BI. The priority is that it serves you tomorrow, not that it sounds impressive today.
What if my data is wrong?
Better: that's how the source is corrected. A panel without data quality only gives you false confidence. Here we fix the base first, then visualize.
How long does it take?
Depends on sources and cleaning. In the diagnosis (48h) I mark a closed scope and realistic deadlines. No surprises, no "almost done".
Can reporting be automated?
Yes: alerts, periodic reports and actionable "summaries". Less screenshots, more decision. If something changes, you know immediately.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. I take care of the technical part. You only need to know what you want to measure and what decisions you want to make. The dashboard shows it clearly.
If you give me context, in 48h I'll give you clarity
What to measure, what sources to use, what to automate and what dashboard to build first to have impact. No smoke, no PowerPoints, just clarity.
